QUESTION OF THE DAY – How Much Would You Pay For This iPhone 7 Clone?

In my little sourjourn in Africa, we love to keep up with the latest trends, in fashion and even technology. We love to hold the latest phones and play with the most latest gadgets. But then, all these do not come at minute prices, they are quite expensive. If you agree with me on this, then you are welcome to the conversation.

As a result of our too much urge to be ostentatious, we tend to fall prey of buying fake products as they usually come cheaper. Well, as long as they still look as pretty as the real ones, we do not have a problem with them.

Today, I bring to you a device that could pass very well to be called an iPhone clone, and it’s not even from Apple. This device looks exactly like an iPhone 7, except for discerning minds, no one would be able to tell it’s difference. Please give it up for the UMidigi G device.

The UMidigi G device features the same design as an iPhone 7, although it has only polycarbonate build sprayed with aluminum alloy imitating the sandblasted effect.

It’s display is pegged at 5 inch, with HD resolution display, 2.5D arc screen and Gorilla Glass 4. It will run Android 7.0 nougat out of the box -YES,  it’s android – together with a fingerprint scanner.

This iPhone 7 clone sells currently sells for around $80, which would amount to about N25,000.
